The regular meetings of the MAMC Board of Directors takes place the third Wednesday of every month. Meetings are held at the Delta Township Office beginning at 1:00pm.

The purpose of the Council of Election Officials (CEO) is to develop a coordinated legislative agenda which provides a forum to increase the role of its parent associations and thus their individual members in the legislative process, to promote, direct or redirect issues which impact the commonality of function, and to enhance the professional stature of those appointed and elected to perform those functions.

The CEO consists of six members and three alternate members from each of both the MAMC and the MACC. The committee chair position alternates annually between each association.

The CEO Committee normally holds monthly meetings to review proposed legislation effecting local clerks and the election process and coordinate election issues between MAMC and the Michigan Association of County Clerks (MACC).
