General Schedule #23 for Elections Records requires local governments to send their older precinct maps to the Archives when they are superseded by newer maps (see item #321). Local governments that need to transfer their precinct maps to the Archives should submit a completed Direct Transmittal form (MH-85) to the Archives. Once the Archives receives the form you will be contacted about arranging shipping of the records to Lansing.
