We do a voice recording, then after the minutes are approved we delete it.

I have not recorded the meetings for several years now. With that said, we do have a dvd as we have a Public Broadcasting channel.

No but if I made a copy of them we would charge for it. We video our meetings and have a scheduled fee for a dvd duplication.

We have 1 person that requests the recording for every meeting FOIA. Since we still have it till the following meeting when the Minutes are approved, we do make a dvd of it and give it to her.

We do not charge for it because we don't charge for anything under $1.00. The cost of the dvd and the 5 minutes it takes to copy it, it is under $1.00.
