minutes in 8 days

the law calls for the minutes to be available for inspection 8 BUSINESS days after a meeting...I know that this means that Sat/Sun are not counted, but.....what if, say, a Township Hall is closed on Monday?....is Monday treated as a Sat/Sun, and NOT counted???

also the same for a FOIA request....would you exclude the Monday from the count?

thanks,
Bob C.

I have only counted "closed Mondays" if they were official/federal holidays.
If your office is normally closed on deadline days, you should have other means/locations for posting. Example: Our township has a locked display case for public postings outside their offices.
