Greetings from Kentucky! Apologies for poking my nose into your bulletin board. After meeting so many friendly Michigan Clerks at our last Region V Conference I thought I'd try turning here for a little advice. If anyone finds this message and has had experience with Pontem Software from Eaton Rapids, MI (the president is Sherry Hood and the parent company is Resource Associates, Inc.), I would greatly appreciate if you can email me at the address below with any endorsements or cautions. We are interested in purchasing property tax software from this company. This post on your site is my last effort to find out all I can after checking references and the BBB. Since they currently have no customers in KY, there aren't any local clerks I can ring to ask about them. So I thought I'd check in to see if anyone there can help me out. I used Pontem Software for our cemetery records in Comstock Township...I thought the software and tech support was great and our rep (Brad Kimball) was very helpful.

I wanted to let you know that I tried out Pontem along with Fundbalance Cemetery Software packages and due to cost it was decided to go with Fundbalance and I completely hate it, it is so UNUSER friendly. I also had a trial with the Pontem software and wish so much that we wouldve purchased that software package. Hope this helps with your decision making!
