Who is using paperless packets for their Council or Board?
Created with "in-house" software, or a commercial package?
Which software or package?
Do you have a synopsis of your procedure for creating the packet?
Do you distribute via email, CD, both?
Did your entity distribute laptops to the Council/Board members?
What has been your experience? Good or bad?
Any other comments greatly appreciated....
