rejected meeting minutes

Have you ever had minutes rejected? What happens? What if the council refuses to make "corrections" and simply rejects the minutes?

to my knowledge, they MUST approve at some point.....
we don't make "mistakes", we make "correctible errors"......
list what is wrong with them, make a motion to change those things
and move on with life....
If someone FOIA'd the minutes what would be issued? Unapproved minutes??
