I was wondering if there are any other communities that use BS&S software,for utility bills (water & sprinkler accounts). In an effort to save money we would like to combine our water & sprinkler bills into one bill rather then sending out two seperate bills. We use the heat sealed utility bills from matrix printing.

Also, we sent out our bills quarterly and I am wondering if it would be more advantageous for us to go to a monthly billing rather than a quarterly billing cycle. It would help residents with budgeting their money, with a smaller montly bill rather than a large quarterly bill. Has anyone go to monthly bills and what is your success rate for collecting the money. WE are being faced with more water shuts offs because people can't pay the larger bill.

Any information that you could give me would be greatly appreciated.
